I had an excellent experience with Action Roofing in Pensacola, especially working with Brian and Jackson. Both were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely helpful.

They took the time to inspect the roof thoroughly, explain their findings, answer all of my questions, and clearly walk me through my options and the entire roofing process.

What impressed me most was their honesty, transparency, and attention to detail. They were never pushy and made sure I understood everything before making any decisions.

Their professionalism and customer service gave me confidence that I was dealing with people who truly care about doing the job right.

Brian and Jackson are stand-up guys, and I would highly recommend them and Action Roofing company.

Garrett is top notch! Needed a new roof he was out in a timely manor to give me a quote and find a solution. Very thorough in the inspection process and gave me a very detailed diagnosis of my roof. It's an easy recommendation from me!
